مهندسین مشاور نی آوند سازان با نام قبلی  نی آوند ساری در سال 1372 با بهره گیری از مهندسین با تجربه که در زمینه های مختلف معماری،سازه،تاسیسات مکانیکی و برق که سال ها با هم همکاری نزدیک داشتند،جهت کارایی بالاتر تشکیل شده است.

و همچنین دارای رشته،گرایش کاری و رتبه بندی معاونت برنامه ریزی راهبردی رئیس جمهور به شرح زیر است:

1-وزارت مسکن و شهرسازی_اشتغال به کار مهندسی شخص حقوقی(طراح و ناظر)

2-پایه سه تخصص شهرسازی با تعداد چهار کار مجاز

3-پایه دو تخصص ساختمان های مسکونی،تجاری،اداری،صنعتی و نظامی با تعداد چهار کار مجاز

4-پایه سه تخصص ساختمان های آموزشی،ورزشی،بهداشتی و درمانی با تعداد چهار کار مجاز
